Patient is currently managed with Gabapentin 600 mg po QID and Seroquel 100 mg po daily. Patient reports he was in Egypt for a year and just got back in the US. Reports doing well on current regimen, denies any side effects. Patient has just got hired as a IT consultant in a pharmaceutical company. Reports mood stable, energy fine, concentration better, sleep well with medication, appetite good. Denies hallucination, denies suicidal/ homicidal ideations, intentions or plans at any level at this time. Patient is not a danger to self and others at this time.
