1. My goal is to prepare my students to become future nurses by equipping them with the knowledge and skills required in providing high-quality, safe, efficient, and person-centered care.

Collaboration and interaction among nurse students in their learning institutions or healthcare organization is the backbone of achieving positive results. According to Rosen et al. (2018), teamwork during care delivery results in high-quality and safe patient care. Thus, by collaborating with other healthcare professionals, nurses will achieve positive patient outcomes and job satisfaction for the nurses.
Additionally, nurses must adhere to rules and regulations that guide their actions in healthcare organizations, including ethical principles and standards of the nursing profession. Additionally, nurses should accommodate changes in healthcare organizations and the entire healthcare. For instance, students should embrace telehealth as the new mode of healthcare delivery. Studies indicate that most healthcare organizations have embraced telehealth during and post the pandemic (Anthony, 2021). Healthcare providers utilize new technologies and mobile Apps in monitoring patients’ health conditions and provide patient education remotely, minimizing the risk of contracting the virus.
