Belief in oneself is important, especially in one’s professional career. As a master of Science in Nursing student, belief in your abilities is crucial as it enables you to look at things from multiple perspectives. You mention adaptability and relator as your two key strengths. I would like to talk about adaptability in your capacity as a nurse. We all do have areas that we feel the need to improve. The justification for this is that we are all different and in order to harmoniously interact and relate well with others, changes and improvements are required.
